- “Other Withholdings” allows for withholdings required by law before garnishment calculation.
- “Prior Liens” allows for withholdings that take precedence over garnishment, but not over income withholding orders, such as defaulted student loans.
- “Other Deductions” allows for payroll withholdings such as a co-pay on health insurance, dental plan, uniform or savings plans, that have no effect on income withholding orders or garnishment orders, but allow you to calculate the appropriate “Net Pay”.
